Schedule

Learning Skeletal System

Thought I’d give an update of napping/sleeping schedule.

Ethan is soon to turn 3 yr.’s old and grateful to God he is a better sleeper. We changed his diet to little or no meat/dairy and more unprocessed foods.

Wakes: 7:00a.m.
Breakfast: 8:00a.m. (organic oatmeal, cereal w/ almond, hemp or coconut milk, BF w or w/o fruit)
Lunch: 12:00p.m. (organic soup w crackers, almond or organic PB, or left -over dinner)
Nap: 1:00-2:15p.m.
Snack: 3:00p.m. (fruit and/or nuts)
Dinner: 5-6:00p.m. (varies, rice, beans, veggies, gluten-free pasta, soup, etc.)
Sleep: 7:00p.m.

We try to keep a consistent schedule even when traveling.

The picture shows a fun way to learn Learning Skeletal System by writing down the name of the bones w/ a permanent marker on the costume which was purchased at a Thrift Store. Click on photo to enlarge.

Ethan is 2 1/2 yr.’s old and we aim for around 13 hours total p/day. He currently he wakes up at 7:00 a.m. , naps at 1:00-2:15p.m., sleeps at 7:00p.m. Hopefully this continues as he turns 3 yr.’s old.
